This FAQ explains how auto-renewal works for eligible Tally subscription plans, including renewal dates, payment methods, invoices, failed payments, and plan changes.

Use this page to understand how to manage your subscription, cancel auto-renewal, reactivate a cancelled subscription, and review policies on refunds, pricing changes, and multi-license purchases.

Subscription payments are automatically charged on the renewal due date after prior notification.

Subscription is available for TSS Optional, Rental, WABA, and TPCA plans. It is not available for TallyDrive.

Go to My Subscription and select Change Plan. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle.

No additional charges apply. The new plan price will apply from the next billing cycle.

Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI are supported.

Subscription plans are currently available only in India.

You will receive a reminder 5 days before the renewal date. Auto-debit will be processed on the renewal due date.

The invoice will be emailed automatically within a few seconds of successful payment.

The system will automatically retry payment for up to 25 days after the due date.

Your renewed plan will start from the date the payment is successfully processed. The end date will be calculated based on the selected plan duration.

No grace period is available. Payment must be completed successfully to continue service without interruption.

One-time payment is no longer available for subscription plans.

Yes. Cancellation will apply from the next renewal cycle. Refunds are not available for the current active subscription period.

Go to My Subscription and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation will take effect from the next renewal cycle.

Refunds are not available for subscription plans. To avoid future charges, cancel auto-renewal before the next renewal date.

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription using the same serial number.

Yes. You can purchase subscriptions for multiple TallyPrime licenses and add-ons separately.

Existing upgrade policies will continue to apply.

Pricing changes will apply from the next renewal cycle.

Pricing remains unchanged during the current active subscription period. Updated pricing may apply on future renewals.
